I support births of all kinds. Whether you choose a provider-attended homebirth, an unassisted freebirth at home, a hospital birth, etc., I am here to support your needs. This offering includes:

• Free consultation
• In-home prenatal visits (usually 2 to 3 visits or more depending on when we sign) where we get to connect and get to know one another better before your birth. We educate on the physiology of birth, newborn care, mother care, pregnancy support, and discussions around emergencies. 
• Continuous educational and emotional support during pregnancy
• The option to have support and advocacy at important pregnancy appointments
• Complimentary prenatal nutrition consultation with Registered Dietitian, Sarah Arend
• Milk Guide Lactation Class
• Birth Envisioning 
• Guided Visualizations and meditations
• 24/7 Unlimited Contact

$900 Investment (60% upon signing)

My focus is *Mother Care*. When the mother is cared for and nourished, she can focus on bonding with her baby. This leads to the best outcomes. I offer:

• meal prep
• breastfeeding support
• bedsharing/ co-sleeping/ responsive sleep support
• light housekeeping
• emotional support
• birth debriefs
• loving touch and honoring mother’s needs
• belly binding (see photo under postpartum doula for reference)
• placenta care for lotus birth
• postpartum integration ceremony
• baby care
• sibling care/ family transition support
• elimination communication (infant potty training) support
• diapering support (inlcuding cloth diapering education)
• support in finding a family rhtymn
• newborn care education
• postpartum recovery including vaginal and cesarean births
• resource lists for referrals for bodyworkers, mental health practitioners, chiropractors, etc.

$25-30 an hour for day support

$35-40 an hour for night support

This includes all birth services and an initial contracted 16 daytime hours or 12 overnight hours (split as you wish at a minimum of two hours).
